With its slightly oversized fit and distinctive trim, the Puffy Jacket is designed to serve as an essential companion throughout the winter.

Tracking information will be sent by email to the address provided at checkout once the package leaves our warehouse. A signature is required upon delivery.
DO I NEED TO SIGN FOR MY PACKAGE?
Yes, someone must be present at the delivery address to sign for the package. If delivery is unsuccessful, the courier will attempt delivery again or leave instructions.
If the package is returned to us due to failed delivery or refusal without prior notice, return shipping costs may be deducted from the refund.

Big Air Shop is not responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or clearance fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in the shipping cost and are always the responsibility of the recipient.

If the recipient decides not to pay the required customs charges, the shipment may be refused. Once the package is returned to our warehouse, a refund will be issued according to our return policy.
